Winter on the land
When the summer crowds leave Algarve, the hills turn green.
The first rains wake the valley. Wild lavender and wild rosemary soften in the cool air. The carobs and stone pines stand quiet. Mornings are misty and starlit evenings are opportunities to go inward, or gather with like-minded friends.
This is the season we invite you into.

What co-creating a co-living experience is…
For six months, an intimate group of people will live here together. We will share dinners, work and enjoy slow days. We will tend the land and let it tend us. We will come together to co-create, meditate, sing, share, laugh or just be…
It is a way of living: close to the earth, close to each other, and close to yourself. Unlike any retreat with a programme to follow, or holiday with activities to do.
Who it’s for
People who feel the pull toward simpler rhythms.
Writers, artists, makers, remote workers. Meditators and quiet seekers. People in a season of change, or people who just want to be somewhere that feels like home.
You don’t need to be anything in particular. You only need to come with an open heart and a willingness to share a life with others.

A day here
Mornings are slow. Some of us meditate, some walk, some sit with tea and watch the light arrive.
The middle of the day is for your own work, whether that is writing, painting, building, resting or tending the land. Some days we plant, mulch and care for the young trees of the reforestation.
Evenings are for the table. We cook together, eat together and talk, or sit in silence. Both are welcome.
How we live
Rooted in nature. We live by the land’s rhythm: the seasons, the weather, the light.
Plant-based. We only eat vegetarian meals onsite. We cook together, sharing food, cooking tips, eating simply and well.
Gentle on the earth. We use only natural, eco-friendly products. All water returns to the land, so we treat it with care.
Shared spaces, held with care. Kitchen, garden and gathering spaces belong to all of us. We keep them tended, and we respect each other’s privacy.
Honest with each other. We speak kindly and respectfully, and we make room for conflict and repair, but we don’t tolerate aggression.
Clear headed – We refrain from alcohol and drugs on the land.
